About everafter
In the fall of 2024, Henry and Vicky were planning their daughter Ellie's 1st birthday. They wanted something magical—something that would make the day unforgettable not just for Ellie, but for every guest. Vicky had a vision: something tactile, playful, and personal. Henry, ever the builder and tinkerer, found an old capsule vending machine online. A few days, a Cricut machine, and a lot of sticker paper later... the very first sticker capsule was born.
Ellie's party guests spun the dial, pulled out a tiny cardboard sleeve, peeled back the flap—and gasped. Each capsule held a custom-designed sticker that represented a moment, a memory, or a little piece of Ellie's world. By the end of the day, everyone had one stuck to their phone, water bottle, or notebook. More than a party favor, it became a pocket-sized memory.
That night, after the cake and chaos had faded, Henry and Vicky sat down and looked at each other: "This could be a thing."
They called it everafter. not because she runs the show (yet), but because her joy and creativity are the reason it exists. What started as a fun idea for a family birthday grew into a business built on creating memories that stick.

1. What's included in the rental?
×Each rental includes the sticker vending machine, two different sticker designs (in capsules), setup and takedown, and an on-site attendant (for up to 4 hours). We handle everything—you just enjoy the magic.
2. Can I get more than 200 stickers?
+Absolutely. Additional stickers are $1 each and can be added in batches of 50. We recommend extras for larger events.
3. How do the designs work?
+Once you book, we'll get on a zoom call to understand your event vibe. You'll get 1-3 design drafts to choose from, and we'll work together to perfect them.
4. Where do you deliver?
+We currently serve the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD). For events outside this area, please contact us to discuss options.
5. How far in advance should I book?
+We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-September).
6. Do you need electricity?
+No! Our machines are mechanical and don't require electricity. This means they can be placed anywhere at your venue.
7. How much space do you need?
+Each machine is about 2 feet wide and 4 feet tall. We typically need about a 4x4 foot area for setup and guest access.
8. What if it rains?
+Our machines need to be protected from direct rain. For outdoor events, we require a covered area or tent.
